How to set up an automatic response on Facebook?
If the above video wasn’t enough for you (or if for some reason it doesn’t work). Here is how to set up a Facebook auto response:
- Settings – On the top right of your Facebook page you’ll see the settings, click it. If by the time you’re reading this and the settings setting has moved, just look for the settings option or an image of a gear.
- Messaging – Next you’ll click messaging.
- Response assistant – Scroll down and you’ll see response assistant and turn the toggle to ‘Yes’.
- Add a custom messaging – Add personalization by giving the message you want your readers and customers to hear. If you have room, don’t forget to add a link to your freemium or lead magnet (if it makes sense to do so). Other options would be to change it up with your current sale too. I LOVE this option and believe that this could be a business GAME CHANGER.
That’s it! Facebook has made it super easy to set up an autoresponder on your Facebook page. What I’d like to see next is an autoresponder for personal Facebook profiles!
